We just delivered the December 2017 Training program focused on Paintings at CHSOS Studio in Italy (click to see the list of former students). We had two guests, Serena Urry, Chief Conservator at the Cincinnati Art Museum and Julia Betancourt, director of the Conservation Studio Arty in Madrid. During our Training programs, students practice the equipment and become able to produce and interpret all the set of output data. The first-day we use our Technical Photography kit to become able to realize this set of Technical Photography images. On the second day, we explore Infrared Reflectography, RTI and Reflectance spectroscopy using Gorgias, our Reflectance Spectrometer for Art examination. Eventually, the Third day is about Multispectral Imaging, using Antonello, the MSI system and for a final review and consolidation of all the methods.
