From 2012 Dr. Antonino Cosentino is the current director of CHSOS. He’s a physicist specialized in imaging and analytical techniques for art examination. He has carried out scientific analysis of important works of art on behalf of a variety of museums while he was a researcher for European and American institutions. Dr. Cosentino has delivered imaging and spectroscopy trainings to cultural heritage institutions around the world and he has also authored a number of influential articles on the subject of technical art examination.
