This system has a non-invasive microprobe with f/1.3 input to capture more light and faster and more reliable measurements. Its spectral range is 250 – 1850 cm¯¹ with a resolution of 6 cm¯¹. The excellent results are provided by a new transmissive VPH grating coupled with the Hamamatsu Detector S11511-1006 CCD cooled at 10 C.
