The panoramic method was introduced in the post “Panoramic Infrared Reflectography for painting documentation” and extensively described in the paper “Panoramic Infrared Reflectography. Technical Recommendations”.
This method has been tested with 3 InGaAs cameras for infrared reflectography; Xenics Bobcat 320, Xenics Bobcat 640, and Indigo System 320.
The method is based on the use of a panoramic head, such as Gigapan Epic pro or the Panogear.
